There's no need to manually register your MEATER product. When you purchase from an authorized seller, your warranty is automatically activated.
When you connect your MEATER probe to the app and your MEATER Cloud account, it’s automatically linked to your account. This helps us confirm ownership and handle warranty replacements if needed.
If you ever experience issues, our support team may ask for:
- Your proof of purchase
- The serial number of your MEATER probe
- The email address linked to your MEATER Cloud account
This information allows us to confirm your warranty eligibility and assist you further.
Where to Find a MEATER's Serial Number
For most MEATER products, serial numbers can be found in two places: on the box the product comes in, and in the charger's battery compartment.
