1. Check Charger Power
Whenever you take the probe out of the charger or put in a new AAA battery, the LED on the front of the charger should light up for 3 seconds. This lets you know the status of the battery:
- Green LED: The AAA battery is still good and the charger should be working. Jump to the section below for the next steps.
- No LED: The AAA battery is completely drained, or the charger isn't functioning correctly. Go to No LED on MEATER Pro Charger for the next steps.
PLEASE NOTE: This LED does not tell you the charge status of the probe itself.
2. Check Probe Connection
Disconnections can come from either the probe or the charger. To find out which it is, take the probe out of the charger and check the color of the blinking LED:
- Green blinking LED: The probe is connected to the charger, which means the disconnection is between the charger and your phone/tablet. Go to Device Compatibility and Permissions - MEATER Pro for the next steps.
- Red blinking LED: The probe is not connected to the charger. Go to Probe-to-Charger Connection - MEATER Pro for the next steps.
