MEATER Cloud (App) Account
A MEATER Cloud account is the same thing as your MEATER app account.

Access Your Store Account
MEATER Store: Create Account
- Go to meater.com and click SHOP in the top menu.
This will take you to our MEATER store, make sure you're in the correct one, based on your country. - Click on the profile icon in the top-right corner of your screen.
- Click, Create Account.
- Enter your personal information and click, Create.
MEATER Store: Update Password or Email
If you need to reset your password, follow these steps:

Go to meater.com and click SHOP in the top menu.
This will take you to our MEATER store, which is where your account is located. -
In the store, click Login at the top of the page.

Click Forgot your password? below the sign-in fields.

Enter the email address you used when signing up and click Submit.

You should receive a password reset link within 5 minutes. If it doesn’t arrive, check your spam or junk folder.
Password Reset Isn't Working
If the password reset email isn't coming through:
- Reconfirm the spelling of the email address
- Check junk/spam folders
- Contact Customer Support for assistance.
Username & Password Requirements
Your MEATER username is the email address you used when creating your account.
Enter your username in all lowercase letters when logging in.
MEATER passwords must meet the following requirements:
- At least 8 characters long
- At least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
- At least one special character (e.g., @, #, $, %)
- At least one number (0–9)
