Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in original condition and not show signs of misuse (e.g., water damage, overheating, disassembly).

Personalized items are not eligible for return.

You may be asked to provide photos of the product and proof of purchase, if necessary.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Will I be refunded for shipping?
Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable.
What if there was a shipping error on MEATER's end?
We’ll cover shipping if:
- The wrong item was shipped
- The wrong item was ordered by an agent
Can I return a used product?
All merchandise must be unused and returned in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase.
Can I return a gift?
Yes. If you received a MEATER as a gift, we can help process a return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
Returning Items Purchased from Retailers
If you bought your MEATER from a third-party retailer (e.g., Amazon, local stores), you’ll need to follow their return policy. MEATER is unable to accept returns or issue refunds for items not purchased through meater.com
