If you need to cancel your MEATER order, here’s what you need to know:

 

Can I Cancel My Order?

You can cancel your order before it ships. Once it has tracking info or is processing for shipment, changes are no longer possible.

To check your order status:

  • Log in to your MEATER Store Account and go to Order History, or

  • Click View your order in your confirmation email.

If your order is still eligible, you'll see options to cancel or edit it.

  • Editing your order cancels it and moves the items back to your cart.

  • Single-use coupons won’t apply again, contact Customer Support for help with a discount.

If you don’t see a cancel or edit option, contact Customer Support with your order number, and we’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.

If your order has already shipped, you can wait for it to arrive and start a return within 30 days of delivery.

 

Orders from Retailers

For orders placed through authorized online retailers, cancellations, and returns must follow the retailer’s specific policies. We recommend reaching out to the place of purchase for further assistance.
