If you need to change or cancel your MEATER order, here’s what you need to know:

How can I change or cancel my meater.com order?

Order details can't be changed after the order is placed; however, you may be able to cancel it and place a new order.

An order may be able to be canceled before it ships. Once it has tracking info or is processing for shipment, changes are no longer possible.

To check your order status:

  • Log in to your MEATER Store Account and go to Order History, or

  • Click View your order in your confirmation email.

If your order is eligible, you'll see options to cancel or edit it.

  • Editing your order cancels it and moves the items back to your cart.

  • Personalized Items: All sales on customized products are final, please see our Returns Policy for more information.

  • Single-use promo codes won’t apply again, contact Customer Support for help with a discount.

If your order has already shipped, you can wait for it to arrive and start a return within 30 days of delivery.


Orders from MEATER Retailers

For orders placed through authorized online retailers, cancellations, and returns must follow the retailer’s specific policies. We recommend reaching out to the place of purchase for further assistance.
