Individual probes aren't currently available for sale in our web store. If you have issues with a probe, you can reach our support team through call or chat, and we might be able to troubleshoot the problem. If we're unable to help you get it working, we may be able to offer a free replacement, as long as the probe is within the warranty period and hasn't been used outside the safe operating guidelines.
You can also reach out to the support team in case of lost probes or out-of-warranty replacements, and our agents can assist you with buying individual probes.
