How to Apply a Discount Code

Follow these steps to apply your discount code during checkout on MEATER.com:

1. Check Eligibility
   Before you begin, make sure the item you want to purchase qualifies for the discount. You can review the terms and conditions in the email where you received the promo code.

2. Add Item to Cart

   • Visit MEATER.com and find the item you’d like to buy.

   • Click Add to Cart.

3. Proceed to Checkout

   • Click Checkout.

   • Log in to your account, or enter your contact, delivery, and payment details manually. 

4. Apply Your Promo Code

   • • In the Order Summary section, you’ll see a field to enter your promo code.

     • Enter your promo code exactly as it appears and apply it.

My Promo Code Isn't Working

Here are a few common reasons why your promo code may not apply:

• It only works on full-priced items
  Promo codes can’t be used on items that are already discounted, including bundles, which usually have built-in savings.

• Only one discount per order
  MEATER does not allow stacking discounts—you can only use one promo code per order.

• The code is invalid
  Double-check the code for any typos. If you received it from a third party, confirm the details with the person or organization who provided it.

• The code has already been used
  Most promo codes are for one-time use only. If it’s been used before, it won’t work again.

• The product isn't eligible
  Some products are excluded from promotions. Make sure the item you're trying to buy qualifies for the discount based on the promo's terms and conditions.

I Lost My Promo Code

If you’ve misplaced your promo code, here’s what to do:

1. Check your email inbox
   Search your inbox thoroughly, including your spam, junk, and drafts folders. Promo code emails sometimes end up there by mistake.

2. Contact the sender
   If you still can’t find it, please reach out to the individual who provided the code to you.
