1. Check Charger Power
On the front of the charger, there's a black button underneath an LED. Pressing this button (either with the probe in or out) lets you know the status of the AAA battery:
- Green LED: The AAA battery is still good and the charger should be working. Jump to the section below for the next steps.
- Red LED: The AAA battery is low and needs to be changed.
- No LED: The AAA battery is completely drained, or the charger isn't functioning correctly. Go to No LED on MEATER SE Charger for the next steps.
PLEASE NOTE: This LED does not tell you the charge status of the probe itself.
2. Check Probe Connection
Disconnections can come from either the probe or the charger. To find out which it is, take the probe out of the charger and check the color of the blinking LED:
- Green blinking LED: The probe is connected to the charger, which means the disconnection is between the charger and your phone or tablet. Go to Device Compatibility and Permissions - MEATER SE for the next steps.
- Red blinking LED: The probe is not connected to the charger. Go to Probe-to-Charger Connection - MEATER SE for the next steps.
