We want you to have the best MEATER experience possible, which is why we love making improvements where we can.
MEATER app
You can update the app through the App Store on iOS, the Play Store on Android, or the Amazon Appstore for Kindle.
MEATER device
If we've recently released a new firmware version, you should get a notification when you open the MEATER app and connect. Your MEATER device might also need an update if it's fresh out of the box.
To start the update:
- Take the probe out of the charger and wait for it to connect in the MEATER app.
- When the update prompt pops up, tap "Update Now".
- Keep the app in the foreground, and make sure that your MEATER device and your phone or tablet stay next to each other. The LED on the charger will rapidly blink red throughout the update.
