If you can't see a cloud icon on your MEATER Block or MEATER Pro XL display, don't worry — this simply means the Cloud feature has been turned off and just needs to be enabled.
You can turn it on by doing the following:
- Power on the charger and select WiFi mode
- Tap the gear/cog icon on the touch panel to enter the Settings menu
- Using the up and down touch control buttons, search for the option where it says Cloud and press the circle enter button
- Using the up and down arrows, select On to enable the Cloud feature
Once the Cloud feature is enabled, the cloud symbol will reappear on your main screen. If you're still having trouble, feel free to contact our support team and we'll be happy to help.
