MEATER products use Bluetooth to connect and send cook data to our app. If Bluetooth isn't enabled on your phone or tablet, the app won't be able to find your MEATER device.
Even our WiFi-enabled models need to make their initial pairing to your mobile device over Bluetooth, which will allow you to connect to your WiFi network through the MEATER app.
