We’re here to help if something’s not right with your order. Here’s what to do if you're missing an item or package:
Item Missing From Your Package

Review your shipment details. Some orders ship in multiple packages.

If there’s no tracking number for the missing item, contact Customer Support.
Part of an Item is Missing
If a product arrives but a part of it seems to be missing:
- Double-check the product packaging and contents to make sure nothing was overlooked.
- If something is still missing, contact Customer Support for help.
Your Whole Package Is Missing

Check with neighbors, household members, and around your property (porch, garage, etc.).

Look for a delivery slip or photo from the carrier.

If you still can’t find it, contact Customer Support, and we’ll help investigate.
Received the Wrong Item

Contact Customer Support, you may be required to send us the following:

A photo of the item you received (and the shipping box, if possible)

A brief description of what’s wrong or missing
-
Your MEATER order number
-

We’ll ship the correct item as soon as the issue is confirmed.

If a return is needed, a pre-paid shipping label will be required to send the incorrect item back.
