Damaged Product Purchased from MEATER.com

Occasionally, products purchased from MEATER.com may arrive damaged due to shipping. If you believe that an item you received came damaged, contact Customer Support, and we will get you taken care of.

 

Damaged Product Purchased from a Dealer

If you bought your MEATER product from a third-party retailer (such as Home Depot, Ace Hardware, Costco, etc.):

  • Please reach out to the retailer where you purchased the product.

  • The return or refund process will follow that retailer’s policy.

Note: MEATER is unable to provide refunds for products purchased through dealers or other third-party sellers—whether in-store or online.
