Tracking Hasn’t Updated
If your tracking hasn’t changed in a few days, don't worry. During busy shipping seasons, carriers sometimes skip scans and make it seem like your package isn’t moving, even when it is.
If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 7 business days, contact Customer Support. We'll investigate and help with the next steps.
Order Returned to Sender
If your tracking shows that your order is being sent back to our warehouse:

Double-check the shipping address on your original order confirmation.

If the address was correct and there was a delivery issue, contact Customer Support.
We'll help confirm the issue and arrange a reshipment if needed.
Package Marked as Delivered, but Not Received
If your tracking says “Delivered” but the package isn’t there:
- Double-check the shipping address on your original order confirmation.

Check around your property (porch, garage, side doors, mailbox, or building entryway).

Ask neighbors or household members if they accepted the package.

Look for a delivery slip or photo in the tracking link that shows where it was left.
Sometimes packages are marked as delivered a day early and show up shortly after. If you still don't have it after 24 hours, contact Customer Support.
