How do I change the temperature units between Celsius and Fahrenheit?

You can choose your preferred temperature units (Fahrenheit or Celsius) directly within the MEATER app or on standalone devices.

Temperature Units the MEATER App Supports

The MEATER app supports both Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature scales.

Changing between Celsius and Fahrenheit in the App

1. Open the MEATER App.
2. Select the three dots in the top-right corner of the app screen.
3. Tap Settings.
   
4. The top section, SCALES, shows the temperature unit the app is currently using.

iOS: iOS devices display the currently selected unit only. Change temp units by tapping the displayed unit and selecting the other from the dropdown. Tap Done to confirm your selection.

Android: Android devices will show both temperature units, highlighting the current unit in dark grey. Change the units your app uses by tapping the other unit type.

Changing Units in Standalone Mode - MEATER Block & Pro XL

1. Turn on your MEATER Block or Pro XL: Press and hold the power button until the display lights up.
2. Select Standalone Mode.
3. Open Settings: Tap the Settings button on the screen.
   • On the MEATER Block, it's the Gear Icon; on the MEATER Pro XL, it's the List Icon.
4. Use the down arrow until you see "Temperature Scale" in the list and select it.
5. Select Your Preferred Unit: Choose between Celsius (°C) or Fahrenheit (°F).
6. Once selected, the unit change will be applied automatically.
