If you have a MEATER Block, MEATER Pro Duo, or MEATER Pro XL that's already associated with a MEATER Cloud account, it just needs a quick factory reset in order to switch accounts. To do this:
- Tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner of your MEATER app dashboard, and select "Settings".
- Scroll to the "MEATER Cloud" section and tap "Account Settings".
- If you're already logged in to an account that's different from the one you want to use, tap "Sign Out of MEATER Cloud".
- You'll automatically end up back in the Settings menu. In the "MEATER Cloud" section, tap "Sign In to MEATER Cloud", and log in to the account you want linked to your MEATER device.
- Run a factory reset on your MEATER device.
- On MEATER Pro Duo, stick a pin or paperclip into the small hole in the back of the charger. Push it in until the button clicks, and hold the button down for 2 seconds.
- On 4-probe MEATER devices, press the settings button (the gear icon on MEATER Block, and the list icon on MEATER Pro XL) in the top left corner of the touchpad, then scroll down and select "Factory Reset".
- From the MEATER app dashboard, tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner, and select "Add Devices".
- Follow the instructions in the Quick Start Guide to boot up and pair your MEATER device.
