Managing Your MEATER Cloud and App Account

Have trouble logging in? Let’s first make sure you’re trying to sign in to the right place—MEATER has two different platforms, and each one uses its own account.

MEATER Store Account

Used for shopping on MEATER.com

  • Order history
  • Tracking information
  • Receipt and invoice access

MEATER Cloud (App) Account

A MEATER Cloud account is the same thing as your MEATER app account.

  • Cook history from your MEATER devices
  • Remote monitoring with MEATER Cloud
  • Personalized app settings

 

Creating a MEATER App Account

When you first open the MEATER App, you'll see the main sign-up screen where you can create your MEATER Cloud account.

After signing up, you'll be automatically logged into the MEATER Cloud every time you open the app.

  1. Open the MEATER App
  2. Tap the Sign Up option on the main login screen.

  3. Fill out the required information:
    • First Name, Last Name, Email Address and Password

    • Only the Terms and Conditions checkbox is required to sign up. The second box is optional, but it’s a great way to get MEATER updates.
  4. Once complete, tap Sign Up.

Updating Your MEATER App Email or Password

You can update your MEATER Cloud email address and password anytime by logging in to the MEATER Cloud Portal here: https://portal.cloud.meater.com

1. Log in to the MEATER Cloud Portal

  • If you don’t remember your password, click I forgot my password. You’ll receive an email with a reset link.

2a. Change Your Email Address

  1. Select Change your email address.
  2. Enter your new email address twice.
  3. Click Submit.
    • If successful, you'll see "Email address updated." Your cook history will be linked to your new email within one business day.

2b. Change Your Password

  1. Select Change your password.
  2. Enter your current password and new password twice.
  3. Click Submit.
    • If successful, you'll see "Password updated."

Password Reset Isn't Working

If the password reset email isn't coming through:

  1. Reconfirm the spelling of the email address
  2. Check junk/spam folders
  3. Contact Customer Support for assistance.

Username & Password Requirements

Your MEATER username is the email address you used when creating your account.

Enter your username in all lowercase letters when logging in.

MEATER passwords must meet the following requirements:

  • At least 8 characters long
  • At least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
  • At least one special character (e.g., @, #, $, %)
  • At least one number (0–9)
