Should I keep my MEATER Cloud account?

We recommend keeping your MEATER Cloud account, as it helps diagnose issues and extends the range of your MEATER product. Your data is only viewed by our internal team and is never shared or sold.

Deleting your MEATER Cloud account will permanently remove all your Cloud data (cooks, syncs, preferences). This action is irreversible and can only be done through the MEATER App.

Can I still use my MEATER if I delete my MEATER Cloud account?

After deletion or logging out, you can still use the MEATER App in offline mode with any paired units, but Cloud features will not be available.

What are my other options besides deleting my MEATER Cloud account?

If you just don't want to get cook feedback requests anymore, you also have the option of opting out of emails without deleting your accountt.

How to delete your MEATER Cloud account

If you'd rather not use your MEATER Cloud account anymore, you can delete it right from the Settings menu in your MEATER app.

  1. Tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the app Dashboard, then select "Settings".

  2. Scroll down to the "MEATER Cloud" section and tap "Account Settings".

  3. Tap "Delete MEATER Cloud Account" at the bottom of the screen. On the confirmation screen, tap Delete Account to finalize.
