What It Looks Like
In the Device Details menu, the MEATER Block connection diagram is incorrect:

The Device Details menu can be reached by doing the following:
- Tap the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the MEATER app dashboard.
- Select "My Devices".
How to Fix It
The cause of this issue is still under investigation. In the meantime, instruct the customer to bypass it with a firmware update on a mobile hotspot, following the steps in MEATER Block or MEATER Pro Firmware Update Failure.
