Symptoms (What You See)

• The built-in screen on the MEATER Pro XL charger will glitch, often showing multiple 7s.

• The touchpad buttons will still click when pressed, but won't change anything on the screen.
  
  

Resolution

To fix the issue, perform a hard reset of the screen with the following steps:

1. Press the power button to turn on the charger, and select "Standalone mode".
2. Stick a pin or paperclip into the small hole in the back of the charger.
   • Push in the pin or paperclip until the button clicks.
   • Hold the button down for 1-3 seconds.
3. Wait for the charger to reboot.
   • If the screen doesn't automatically come back on, try plugging in the charger.
