This is a notification that may appear for your MEATER Pro Duo and MEATER Pro XL. When a MEATER probe cannot charge properly, a red banner will appear in the app with the message: “Probe Charging Failed.” This message will also be shown directly on the probe’s status in the main screen.
This alert typically means the ambient tip of the probe may not be clean enough to allow proper contact with the charger. To resolve this, make sure the ambient end of the probe is thoroughly cleaned.
